John has been with Chase for fifteen years. He has been extensively involved at a variety of levels from site development through project management. Over the years he has developed an expertise in rights-of-way as well as utility easement expansions on behalf of Duke Energy. John has great attention to detail and superior organizational skills. He served as President of the local chapter of the International Right of Way Association. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia as well as a North Carolina Notary Public.
