Chase Real Estate Services utilizes a seasoned network of field agents to supplement our internal resources. By matching individual skill sets with specific tasks we are able to manage large and diverse projects on the one hand as well as small and sometimes sensitive projects on the other hand, all the while striving for exemplary results.
And while projects may vary in size and scope, our management style remains interactive and engaging with everyone involved being encouraged to take ownership of issues and have a stake in solutions. After all, most of us have performed in a variety of different roles within the industry and can offer the perspective of wide-ranging experience.
Our Story
Chase Real Estate Services was formed in 1997 by principals who share a common set of beliefs to guide their service company: Treat people with respect, Keep it simple and Do it well… We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and have focused on site acquisition and telecommunication related projects primarily within the Southeast region.
Communication together with an understanding of our clients’ needs has always been integral to Chase’s success. But more than ever, the ability to take advantage of emerging technology and to implement innovation is proving essential to meeting and even anticipating those needs.
We are experienced in all aspects of site acquisition from search area analysis through leasing, zoning and permitting and have worked extensively with private land owners, wireless carriers, tower companies, A&E firms and zoning and planning officials.
Leadership
John Yeagley has been extensively involved in wireless site acquisition at a variety of levels from site development through project management. Over the years he has developed an expertise in rights-of-way as well as utility easement expansions. John has great attention to detail and superior organizational skills. He served as President of the local chapter of the International Right of Way Association, and is a Board Member of Carolinas Wireless Association. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia as well as a North Carolina Notary Public.
